When you are leaving employment with the University or transferring to a different department, it is important that you inform your reconciler of your upcoming departure date as early as possible and work with your reconciler and supervisor to:
- Determine a date to stop making purchases, at least one week prior to departure, to allow purchases to post to the system prior to your departure.
- Ensure you have uploaded all receipts and required documentation and matched to the appropriate transaction with any necessary comments added.
- Approve and route your statement is available prior to departure.
- Turn in your card to your reconciler.
