Departments wishing to request a cash box so that they can “make change” during an upcoming event please submit your request at least three (3) business days in advance by sending an email to email@example.com.
Include the reason for the request, the date and time you wish to pick up the box as well as the date you will be returning it and the denominations of the coin and paper money you need.
Example – We need a cash box with $100 cash to make change for ticket sales on Friday, December 14th through Saturday, December 15th. Breakdown of $100 is as follows – $50 in $5’s, $30 in $1’s and $20 in quarters. We will be picking the box up at 10:00 am on Friday, December 14th and we will return the box on Monday, December 17th.
